Sergeants Report
Gentlemen,
It's that time again! No, not Super Bowl Sunday. It is time to get another season of reenacting off and running. This year marks the beginning of the 150th anniversary events. Please make every effort to rally around Captain Turley and F Company and lets make this a fantastic year.
Our annual meeting will be held on February 19th. Directions will follow in the newsletter. The meeting will be from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M., but you can arrive early if you would like to purchase something from the company inventory. The inventory will be available by 9:00 A.M.. Please plan to pay your 2011 dues and reimbursements for missed 2010 events at the meeting. Recent new recruits may already be paid for 2011 if you joined since the November show. There is going to be an event sign up sheet to fill out. The possible events will be discussed, and officers elected for 2011. I have included several new events for consideration this year, so don't miss this meeting. We will be going out for a late lunch/early dinner after the meeting.
A tentative date of March 5th has been set for a fort work day to prepare the fort for camp of instruction. Camp of instruction will be March 25th, 26th, and 27th, with a rain date of April 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. It is of the utmost importance that you attend camp.

Obedient Servant,
